Yesterday, All Things Considered on National Public Radio did a good, insightful story on physicians and hospitals making the move to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). The story confronted many issues that I have experienced with clients who make the move to EMRs. There are many challenges, pitfalls and costs experienced moving to EMRs.
